Every drill, every rep has a purpose. We sweat the small stuff because that's where elite is made.
I was born and raised in Northern Virginia, in Bristow, where my passion for sports and performance first began. From playing for the Gainesville Grizzlies and Manassas Mutiny to competing at Unity Reed High School, I developed into an All-State athlete through hard work, discipline, and the right guidance.
I went on to earn a scholarship to Virginia Tech, where I played four seasons as a defensive back, receiver, and return specialist, finishing my career as team MVP and earning multiple All-ACC honors. My journey continued in the NFL with the Washington Commanders, Chicago Bears, and New York Giants.
Today, I use that experience to train and mentor the next generation of athletes. I understand firsthand what it takes to progress from youth sports all the way to the professional level, and I’m committed to helping athletes and their families navigate that path with the right training, knowledge, and support. My goal is not just to improve performance, but to build confident, disciplined athletes who are prepared for every level of competition.
My mission is to serve athletes and their families by delivering elite-level training, mentorship, and guidance throughout their journey. I develop complete athletes, from youth to professionals, by teaching proper movement, building strong foundations, and sharpening position-specific skills to maximize performance and long-term success.
